Halondrus creates volatile charges that trigger a Charge Detonation after 30 sec. Picking up or dropping the charge resets the timer and inflicts 15 Cosmic damage to the player.

The charge inflicts 1 Cosmic damage every 1 sec while held and afflicts the player with Charge Exposure when dropped.
