Combat Conditioning [#128595]
Combat Conditioning 
Your Blackout Kick now also deals an additional 20% damage over until cancelled if behind the target or heals you for 20% of the damage done if in front of the target.

Additionally, your Rising Sun Kick now also causes Mortal Wounds to the primary target.

Mortal Wounds
Grievously wounds the target, reducing the effectiveness of any healing received for 10 seconds.
