The caster transforms into its Soul Tormentor form and summon 10 Deadsoul Wraiths. The Soul Tormentor form lasts 2 minutes or until all the Deadsoul Wraiths are destroyed.

While in Soul Tormenter form, all damage taken is reduced by 99%, and a missile is fired at a random location every 0.5 sec. These missiles explode inflicting 55 Shadow damage to all players within 5 yards.
